Sculpting the dots

A bit too much Sambuca yesterday.
Now no inspiration and no friends online.

So a perfect day to fool around with
ROKURO(lathe) - Sculpted Prim Maker -.
What a wonderful little gem that is!
Looks a bit like those drawings where you have to
connect the dots to get a picture.

It generates the symmetry and makes a sculpt texture of it.
Completely Eileen proof :-)

I'm not a big fan of bling-scripts, most of them
are unnatural and aggressive to my ears.
For the earrings I used PrimGlims ®©TM etc.
1-pixel-thin ovals that create a nice gentle sparkle around
the gems as you move.
PrimGlims are only visible in the dark.

In the near future I will make a tut
on how to make them.

Wind Chime

This one I am very proud of.
It has 16 warm vibraphone tones that sound
randomly, creating a never ending song.
Sometimes a subtle melody, sometimes jazzy chord sequences.
Even bits of Bach.
It never repeats, I can listen to it for hours.
The tones I used make one relaxed and focussed.

So I hit the F2 button ( /applause) for Storm Thunders, who wrote
the Sound Prim scripts and gave them away for free!

Vibraphone

The first playable instrument I made.
Due to the delay in SL, timing is a pain.
But it's fun to play together.
The first time my friend Laura played it,
was just as magical as the first time I saw
and heard a live musician play in SL.
Someone thousands of miles away.
Goosebumps.

Will be for sale somewhere around June 4.
(The vibraphone, not the goosebumps).

Toy piano

This little sweetie is playable!
As soon as I've managed to make it rez musical notes that
float up and disappear in air, it will be for sale.

Update: God is a scripter!
By Divine intervention I got the right code.
Piani now can rez notes that float up in the air.
I know, it's not much compared with the holodeck
I've seen today, but for every million mile
y'have to take a first step.
